Satisfying Gluten-free Cookies

We all know there’s not as many options out there for gluten free cookies, but they do exist. Finding ones that are actually good is another story. These cookies are actually good. There’s a well balanced mix of flavors to complete the experience. Craisins, white chocolate and walnuts mix together quite nicely in these. There is a little bit of a gritty texture, but it’s not overpowering like some cookies I’ve tried. It actually seems like that is how they should be. These cookies are lightly crispy on the outside while being soft on the inside. The walnuts are just the right amount of crispy without being hard. The bits of white chocolate all throughout are a pleasant sweetness. The craisnins are sweet yet tart for the mix of flavors. I definitely recommend giving these a try for a delightful gluten free experience!
