Light and crunchy healthy cereal

Cereal is a popular breakfast for many people of all ages. For an on-the-go lifestyle cereal may be the breakfast of choice. It may even be just a snack or quick bite. Whatever the case may be, there’s a lot of cereal to choose from. This cereal is organic and gluten free. That makes it seem like more of an option for some. You don’t have to be on a gluten free diet to enjoy this because it isn’t a product made to replace a wheat version. This cereal just happens to be gluten free because of the ingredients that make it up. It’s usually quite reasonably priced too making it more affordable. So how is this cereal? This cereal offers an assortment of crunchy textures of different shapes and sizes. The main ingredients that make up this cereal are corn, brown rice flour, quinoa,  amaranth, and buckwheat. Those aren’t the only ingredients though. This cereal actually has a taste that reminds me of a vanilla marshmallow. That makes for a nice, comforting sweetness to keep you wanting more. The taste of corn is present, but not overpowering. This isn’t a straight corn cereal since there’s other grains involved. The variety of grains, shapes, and sizes to this cereal is what makes it unique. When adding whatever type of milk desired to it, the texture and crunch hold up till the last bite pretty well. It really requires the addition of some type of milk or milk like product, otherwise it’s just too dry. You can use regular milk, coconut milk, or whatever your heart desires and it should be just fine. Personally I think a coconut milk helps to bring out and enhance the sweet vanilla flavor to it. Banana as suggested by the box picture is a nice addition to enhance your vanilla marshmallow experience too. As a breakfast it should help you get your day going for a while at least before you’re hungry again. To sum it up, this is a good healthy cereal that should fit perfectly in many diets out there. It’s worth trying at least once.
