Gluten Free Flour with Excellent Results!

Cup4Cup Gluten Free Flour makes it easy to make recipes that normally call for wheat flour. Not only is it as simple as a 1 to 1 ratio, but it produces excellent results! When you open a bag of this you will notice that it is light and fluffy the way you would expect flour to be. You can sift it if you want to, but it’s already nice and fine without clumping up. I have used this flour in place of wheat flour for a while now and will continue to do so. When trying out gluten free flours you will find that different ones produce different results. Some of them require adding ingredients such as Xanthum gum in order for them to work the way a recipe is intended. Cup4Cup is just as the name suggests with no need for additional ingredients. If you are new to gluten free cooking, you have probably noticed that baked goods can turn out dense and heavy like bricks. I haven’t seen that happen with this flour so far. I made a chocolate cake using a recipe I found from All Recipes. Click here to see the recipe I used. It’s a chocolate cake recipe that also has coffee in it. I used Navitas Cacao Powder for the cocoa powder which I wrote about previously here. I also made chocolate frosting using that same cacao powder to top it with. The finished result was a fluffy and delicious chocolate cake! I was really happy to see how fluffy it came out. I will also mention that I sifted the flour a couple times to help assure it came out fluffy, but I probably didn’t need to. This flour has Not let me down and I’m sure it won’t let you down either!
