Balance the mind and body after a workout
When we have work to do or just want to workout, we often think of performance enhancing drinks and supplements. A little bit of caffeine and B vitamins can help. Refreshing and relaxing
I like to have these in the afternoon some times. Sometimes near the end of the day and others earlier in the afternoon. To me it’s almost like a citrusy type of flavor to them. I like the carbonation from the canned version as it’s most refreshing to me. The overall flavor is just really satisfying. Out of the products I’ve tried from the LifeAid company, I think these are some of the best tasting they offer. Aside from the flavor, they help relax me and balance me out after working for a while. It really doesn’t matter if you’re working out, doing hard work, or just staying focused on a task or job, these can help when you need it the most. These can bring you right back to where you want to be after being exhausted. The ingredients they chose to use in these really seem to play well together.

Balance out and feel relaxed after activity
Fitaid Recover is another fine product from the LIFEAID company. I find these drinks to be quite relaxing after activity. They can really help bring you back to feeling of being balanced out after activity. These drinks can also be useful for a little pick-me-up in the middle of the day or near the end of the afternoon as well. It wouldn’t be a good idea to drink one of these right before your ready for sleep, but a few hours before is usually OK. These Fitaid Recover drinks also come in the form of packets. The packets take up less space and can be simply added to water. The packets will not give you the carbonation effect of the canned version, but some may prefer that.
