Schär Entertainment Crackers
These are Really Good!
When I was a kid, I used to Love those mainstream crackers that look like these. One reason I don’t eat those anymore is that gluten free options work best for me now. I will say that it doesn’t matter if you are gluten free or not, these crackers are Awesome! I have found that the Schär company makes really good products in general. They make the Best gluten free bread I have found so far. You can read about it by clicking here. The bread is made in Italy while these crackers are made in Germany. Regardless of where they are made, they really know what they are doing. Quite often when someone tries to make a gluten free version of a cracker that’s normally made with wheat, it’s a failure. They’re often really hard or just plain taste like cardboard. Not these! These taste so much like their mainstream wheat made counterpart, that it’s incredible. These also do not use high fructose corn syrup. These crackers have a nice light crispy outside shell with a buttery, salty, sweet flavor. They’re crunch on the outside with melt-away crunch on the inside. They call them Entertainment Crackers because they are intended to be shared. They are good enough to eat plenty of them plain. They are also excellent with toppings such as cheese or whatever you want to put on them. If you pair them with anything with moisture content to it, it’s best to do it right before you eat them. They may become soggy if soaking up moisture such as that from olives. They would be great for adding olives and pesto to. Gluten free or not, these are sure to please!

Great crackers to go with cheese!
Move over Ritz, because these are where it’s at! These crackers are amazing. They’re especially amazing because they’re gluten free. So, if you’re familiar with Ritz, these are similar and basically the same style of cracker. Similar, but better. Better quality ingredients, better texture, crisp, and crunch. There’s nice simple ingredients in these and that fact that their gluten free just blows me away. These are yet another snack you can take to a party with some great cheese and they are sure to disappear. I’m not kidding, seriously, you should try these!
