A delightfully Fluffy Bread!

Multigrain bread can be made from a wide variety of grains. This bread is surprisingly good for a multigrain bread! Multigrain is not the same as a whole wheat bread. Back when I used to eat wheat products I tried many different whole wheat products. I don’t remember a single one that I would recommend. Schär makes really great products for those who are gluten free! They have been around since 1922, so they have had plenty of time to perfect their products. I would recommend all of their products.  I actually prefer this bread over their white bread. I still buy whichever one the stores have in stock regardless which one it is. Their breads sell out fast for good reasons! So what this multigrain offers starts off with a nice fluffy texture. You’re not going to find a heavy brick in a package of this bread! There’s No metallic taste either that is often associated with whole wheat breads. There is actually a sweetness to this bread. Sourdough is the way this bread starts out as it is only the second ingredient to water. You can tell this is a multigrain bread by the color and amount of flavor that is offered. Being a fluffy bread with a sweet flavor, you can serve this bread hot or cold. It toasts up and grills very well and is perfectly fine left cold. Just to be a little more convincing in the quality of this bread, it’s part of my regular diet! So if you are in a home with a gluten free diet, this is definitely the bread to try!     This gluten free multigrain bread is great for making a BLT! This bread has such a nice flavor that it can go with just about any sandwich. I did really notice a traditional sourdough flavor to it. It isn’t as strong as warm sourdough bread from a grocery store deli would have. I don’t think that Schär was trying to create a multigrain bread. I think that they just wanted to utilize a sourdough bread that they could easily turn into a multigrain gluten free bread. I have tried quite a few gluten free breads and many of them are just plain terrible. Some mainstream gluten free breads even have cancer warnings on them. This bread is excellent! This does Not have cancer warnings on the label and it always seems like it was just freshly packed. This bread is great for gluten free households because the flavors and texture can be used for just about anything you would serve bread with. Not only does it make a great bacon, lettuce, and tomato sandwich, but it also goes well with peanut butter and jelly. This bread will not let you down. See for yourself why stores always sell out of this!
